Airport Transfer

EF Tokyo offers an optional Airport Transfer service.

We collaborate with local suppliers to provide pick-up and drop-off services for our students upon arrival and departure.

You can book the transfer service with your local sales office before you travel, or book directly with EF Tokyo before the week you depart.

Arrival Transfer

All students with Arrival Transfer will receive an email from EF Tokyo 2 days before their departure.

Please use the contact sent in the email to get in touch with your driver and inform them in case you have any flight delays or cancellations.

You can use free wifi at their airport. Please do not leave the airport by yourself.

All students with Departure Transfer will receive an email from EF Tokyo with their pick-up time 2 days before their departure.

Students will be picked up at the pick-up time in front of their accommodation.

The last day you can purchase a departure transfer with EF Tokyo is 3 days before your departure.
